  • Nearly three decades of experience with domestic and international asphalt contractors and equipment manufacturers; has worked in the engineering department, installed and started-up asphalt plants and fielded asphalt plant diagnostic phone calls

  • Has spent the last 7 years developing and conducting training seminars
  • Current position: Mobile Machinery Instructor
  • Prior duties with the company include 9 years of manufacturing and 6 years as a product support representative working in the field with customers on all mobile machinery products

William Rieken, Field Service Paving Specialist

  • 28 years experience working in the Paver Engineering Department at Terex | Cedarapids
  • Currently working in the Paver Service Department
  • Has spent much of his time in the field with the end-user to continuously improve the Terex | Cedarapids product

  • Currently working as the National Service Manager for Terex | Advance/Terex Roadbuilding

Dean Johnson.

Dean Johnson, Service Mgr.

  • Worked with a local contractor in South Dakota for 3 years on the bridge crew, operating and setting up Bid-Well Paving equipment
  • Hired by Bid-Well in 1987 as service representative; traveled throughout the world training and servicing all types of Bid-Well equipment
  • Has trained State D.O.T. at Penn State University, Purdue University and numerous training sites across the U.S.
  • Has been involved with all training at Bid-Well for 18 years
