- Nearly three decades of experience with domestic and international asphalt contractors and equipment manufacturers; has worked in the engineering department, installed and started-up asphalt plants and fielded asphalt plant diagnostic phone calls

- 22 years experience with Terex | CMI
- Has spent the last 7 years developing and conducting training seminars
- Current position: Mobile Machinery Instructor
- Prior duties with the company include 9 years of manufacturing and 6 years as a product support representative working in the field with customers on all mobile machinery products
Bob Brecht
- 32+ years experience as an Electrical Engineer at Terex | Cedarapids
- Designed, tested and supported controls for crushing, asphalt mixing and mobile equipment, including pavers and rollers
- Provided parts and service support to internal and external customers in the factory as well as in the field
- Has been an instructor at service schools throughout his career
William Rieken, Field Service Paving Specialist
- 28 years experience working in the Paver Engineering Department at Terex | Cedarapids
- Currently working in the Paver Service Department
- Has spent much of his time in the field with the end-user to continuously improve the Terex | Cedarapids product

Randy Eskew
- 9 years experience with Terex | Advance, with an additional 10 years experience as a heavy-duty truck mechanic and 5 years working in warranty and service management
- Currently working as the National Service Manager for Terex | Advance/Terex Roadbuilding
Canton Campus
Dean Johnson, Service Mgr.
- Worked with a local contractor in South Dakota for 3 years on the bridge crew, operating and setting up Bid-Well Paving equipment
- Hired by Bid-Well in 1987 as service representative; traveled throughout the world training and servicing all types of Bid-Well equipment
- Has trained State D.O.T. at Penn State University, Purdue University and numerous training sites across the U.S.
- Has been involved with all training at Bid-Well for 18 years
